Our state-of-the-art 185,000 square-foot winery facility, located just minutes from Chicago, is the center of our operations. Here, we combine global wine sourcing, product innovation, still and sparkling bottling systems, and efficient distribution and logistics—solidifying our position as one of the largest custom wine producers outside of California.
Research and Innovation
NexTerra possesses a distinctive edge in bringing an idea from conception to the market. Central to this pioneering product development and innovation are our dedicated Global Sourcing and Winemaking teams. They source from all the major wine regions and continue to grow our network of partnerships to be up to speed on major trends and opportunities. These teams engage in creating and introducing new wines every month for various clients. Simultaneously, they meticulously refine and perfect the preferred customer style for a variety of existing wines – and can assist with yours.
Production
With over 2.5 million cases of current capacity, NexTerra offers production capabilities that support a wide range of private label wine programs, including:
- Still and sparkling bottling lines
- Cork, screwcap, wirehood, capsule, bottle molds and labels
- Variety of bottle sizes: 375ml, 750ml, 1.5mL and other Large Format (3L+)
- Kegged Wine: 19.5L and 20L Recyclable Petainer Kegs
Distribution and Warehousing
When we say, “from grape to shelf”, we mean it. NexTerra has continued to invest in our distribution and warehousing to match the escalating demands of our clientele and provide a full-service solution to market. Finished goods storage is at multiple facilities to support pick and pack order fulfillment. In addition, NexTerra utilizes its own fleet along with a large network of local and national 3PL transportation providers for warehouse deliveries.
